A Place To Call Home Walkthrough

The A Place To Call Home quest can trigger randomly while walking around the Common Quarters or near the Stardrop Inn in Vernworth. You’ll meet Mildred, who will talk to you about managing a house.
Mildred will propose you become her tenant by simply visiting the house each day for a set time. After explaining the details, she’ll head to the house, and you’ll need to find her in the Common Quarters. Look for her standing by a house with a small bridge in front.
Once you locate her, talk to her, and she’ll ask if you’re interested in caring for the house.
Accepting advances the quest, while declining puts things on hold. You can return to Mildred if you want to continue the quest.
Accept the quest and continue visiting Mildred’s Home for the next few days until her return. While taking care of her home, you can sleep and access your storage in Mildred’s Home.

Carry on with your adventures as usual, but be sure to return to Mildred’s Home at least every other day. After some time, a notification should appear indicating that Mildred is about to come back.
Once Mildred returns home, which the game will notify you about, head back to Mildred’s Home and talk to her.
Your conversation concludes with Mildred offering to sell you the house for 20000G after deciding to stay elsewhere. If you decline, you can always return later to purchase it.
The quest ends after you buy the house.
