Medicament Predicament is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. It starts when you approach a little girl named Flora outside the Runne’s Apothecary in Melve. It is only made available once you reach Melve during the In Dragon’s Wake main story quest.
Medicament Predicament Walkthrough
When you attempt to go in the Runne’s Apothecary in Melve, a young girl beside its front door will stop you.
The girl’s name is Flora, and she has traveled from Vernworth to Melve for a Fruit Roborant. However, she doesn’t have enough gold to purchase one.
Your character, the Arisen, can offer to help her get a Fruit Roborant. If you do offer, the quest Medicament Predicament starts.
If you still don’t have a Fruit Roborant, you have two options: you can either buy one or craft it yourself.
If you prefer to buy a Fruit Roborant, simply visit the apothecary and purchase one from the owner named Runne.
If you want to craft a Fruit Roborant, you’ll need one Dried Fruit and either a Greenwarish or Morning Tide. Runne may provide you with some tips on crafting if you speak with him.
Keep in mind that Fruit Roborants can be combined with other items to create Roborants with stronger effects. However, for this quest, a regular Fruit Roborant is sufficient.
Once you have a Fruit Roborant in your inventory, speak to Flora once again and deliver the item to her.
Flora expresses her gratitude for your assistance, and the quest Medicament Predicament is now complete.
Completing this quest also has effects later on when you get to Vernworth. One of the merchants there is the father of Flora.
If you head to the Merchant Quarter, you’ll bump into Flora’s father and Flora herself. He’ll thank you for helping Flora, and as a bonus, all his items are now on sale as a sign of appreciation for your assistance in completing the quest. Great job!
