You can find a Dragon’s Gaze on the 4th floor of Vernworth Castle. To reach it, locate the elevator in the center of the castle and use it to get to the top of the Vernworth Watchtower. Once there, you’ll find three chests with one of them containing the Dragon’s Gaze.
From Ser Brant
Ser Brant can reward you with a Dragon’s Gaze upon completing The Nameless Village quest. This quest is given to you after you complete the Seat of the Sovran quest.
Inside Trembling Hollow
