Scaly Invaders is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. It begins upon completing the task of rescuing the soldiers in Stormwind Cave in Harve Village during the Monster Culling main quest.
Scaly Invaders Walkthrough
The Scaly Invaders side quest begins as you exit Stormwind Cave after completing the Monster Culling main quest. Upon leaving the area, a beastren named Fyoran approaches you, seeking your assistance.

As it turns out, some of the Saurians from inside Stormwind Cave have emerged and invaded Harve Village.
You don’t have much choice but to follow Fyoran out of the cove to confront the Saurians in the village.
Assist Fyoran in defeating the Saurians while trying to prevent any villagers from being harmed.
After the village is saved, Fyoran expresses gratitude for your assistance, and you are free to leave.
You’ll need to wait a few in-game days for the story of this mission to progress once again, indicated by a notification.
When you return to Harve Village after a few days, Fyoran will once again approach you to ask for your help. However, this time, the village chief Jonas interrupts the conversation, displaying clear disrespect and belittlement towards you and Fyoran.
Despite Jonas’s attitude, your character automatically decides to help out Fyoran. Defeat the four saurians coming from the cove, and the current task is done.

Fyoran thanks you once again, but Jonas interrupts your conversation.
Jonas accuses another beastren named Zoran of venturing into Stormwind Cave and dragging out the Saurians to Harve village.
While it is true that Zoran ventured into Stormwind Cave, he insists that it was not his intention to lure out the Saurians and endanger the village.
From this conversation, it becomes apparent that Jonas harbors great disdain toward Beastrens, and the Scaly Invaders quest officially ends.
