Beren’s Final Lesson is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. After learning of Beren’s dismissal at the end of Claw Them Into Shape, find Beren in the Moonglow Garden to start Beren’s Final Lesson.

Beren’s Final lesson Walkthrough

Beren’s Final Lesson begins when you return to Beren at Moonglow Garden immediately after completing Claw Them Into Shape.

Upon arrival, you’ll find Beren tending to the garden. Getting close to him will automatically start a conversation discussing his fate in the military.

The conversation is interrupted when a couple of knights come running for help while a Cyclops trail them.

Here, the quest Beren’s Final Lesson officially starts. The objective is simple, help Beren and his men defeat the cyclops. With the amount of allies you have in this mission, it should be fairly easy.

After defeating the cyclops, allow a day to pass before returning to Beren.

Approaching Beren triggers another cutscene where he tells you his plans of returning to Battahl through the Checkpoint Rest Town. He expresses his gratitude to you and presents you with a greatsword named Lifetaker for your time spent helping him.

The quest concludes at this point.
